  • The Bellavista is a 5 minute car journey out the centre of Kirkwall. The rooms are warm (visiting in November) and comfortable and have plenty of facilities (aircon/heating, tea/coffee/hot chocolate). Sandra is very helpful and can accommodate any request. Her breakfast is also superb. Really good full Scottish with good produce. I would highly recommend the Bellavista.“

  • The Bellavista and Sandra are wonderful. The rooms are cosy, comfortable and clean. It has everything you could want and if you couldn’t find something or needed anything, Sandra is there to help. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful with a wide choice of hot and cold food. The location is excellent and within easy reach of many sights. A lovely place to stay.“
